Danielle Hardington, B.Eng.

Danielle is a project executive with 10+ years of experience delivering industrial, pipeline, energy, and infrastructure projects valued at over $900 million across Western Canada. Before co-founding Elevation Equity, she progressed through increasing project leadership roles managing planning, estimating, procurement, and construction coordination on projects up to $550 million for clients including Enbridge, TC Energy, and Imperial Oil.
At Elevation Equity, Danielle leads feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and project delivery, bringing the same discipline used to execute major capital projects to the underwriting, planning, and execution of every acquisition and development.

Mitch is an investor and entrepreneur focused on acquiring and developing assets designed to create sustainable, long-term value. He works alongside private investors, family offices, and operating partners to structure opportunities across ground-up development, affordable housing, and strategic business acquisitions.
His background in law enforcement shaped a leadership approach grounded in accountability, clarity, and trust, principles carried through every partnership and transaction. Mitch specializes in navigating complex situations where strategic structuring and disciplined execution can unlock opportunity, while maintaining a risk-conscious approach.
